COD 11® corrosion-resistant bushings provide high resistance
to oxidation, seizure and wear – and with minimal maintenance.
COD 11 corrosion-resistant bushings are manufactured from a copper
aluminum alloy. Their superior resistance to seizure and wear results
from a proprietary hard surface treatment, and grease reservoirs
distributed throughout the contact area.
Even in the event of improper lubrication, the unique surface design of
COD 11 bushings uniformly distributes lubricant within the contact area,
allowing frictional performance to be maintained.
Different forms are available using COD 11® technology: e,g, bushings,
flanged bushings, sliding plates, washers, and swivels. They are
appropriate for marine applications, and severe service environments.
