PEL BH Spherical High-Load Bushings |

HEF spherical bushings are very low maintenance,
and provide high resistance to wear, seizure, and corrosion
under conditions of high pressure, shock and abrasion.
PEL spherical bushings are manufactured with grease reservoirs
between the inner and outer ring of the bushing (and often the
inner ring and pin as well) which provide optimal lubrication of the
bushings for long service life and long intervals between lubrication –
up to 500 hours, depending on working conditions.
A duplex surface treatment provides high surface hardness, good
conformability and excellent resistance to wear and seizure.
FAM spherical bushings due to work hardening properties of the
material request only initial greasing. They are highly resistant to
shock and high pressure.
Spherical bushings are particularly advantageous for:
- Errors of alignment or angular misalignment
- Deformation of components in operation (bending of pins, etc.)
- Wide tolerances
