PEL high-load bushings provide exceptional resistance to wear,
abrasion, corrosion, and seizure. These bushings are ideal for
high-pressure conditions and where shock-resistance is required.
PEL high-load bushings provide excellent wear performance and
service life, thanks to a special surface topography and a duplex
surface treatment.
The surface topography of these high-load bushings provides grease
reservoirs in the contact area with a uniform distribution on the surface,
facilitating removal of abrasive contaminants from the contact zone.
The thermochemical treatment provides high surface hardness and
excellent resistance to abrasive wear, seizure and corrosion.
PEL high-load bushings provide:
- Lubrication intervals up to 200 hours, depending
on working conditions - High resistance to seizure in the event of
lubrication system failure - Effective lubricant distribution across the friction surface
- Excellent performance in automatic lubrication systems
