Certess Ti is an excellent alternative to conventional nanocoatings, and conventional ceramic coatings.
Certess Ti is an excellent alternative to conventional nanocoatings,
and conventional ceramic coatings.

Certess Ti Titanium Nitride ceramic coating is a dense,
CCF-type PVD film, with a structure similar to conventional
nanocoatings.
Typical deposited films are 2 to 6 µm,
depending on the application; hardness is 2700 HV.

Titanium Nitride PVD coatings provide temperature resistance
up to 500°C.
Like most HEF PVD coatings, Certess Ti produces
no significant variation in dimension or roughness and is
chemically inert.

Applications that benefit most from Certess Ti PVD coating
are forming tools and mechanical parts requiring high abrasive
wear resistance.
