TS USA is the commercial processing division of HEF USA, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the HEF Group. Our 30,000 sq. ft.
Springfield, Ohio facility offers proprietary ferritic nitrocarburizing
processes (ARCOR®, MELONITE®, and MELONITE®QPQ) as well
as our Certess® trademark line of PVD and CVD vacuum coatings.
Certess® coatings are applied using equipment designed and
manufactured by H.E.F., and H.E.F’s patented PEMS®
(Plasma Enhanced Magnetron Sputtering) technology.
